Shipping and ReturnsTerm and Conditions.
We ship all of our orders United States Postal Service Priority Mail, Monday through Friday. (excluding holidays) All orders upto 16 ounces or 1 pound, shipping starts at $5.75. All orders over 1 pound will be at UPS ground rates.
Outside of USA, shipping costs will vary, starting at $20.00 for the first pound. After you place an order for outside USA, we verify shipping, send an invoice via PayPal.
We do our best to get your order to you in a timley manner, but please allow a minimum of 6 days shipping or more for your order to arrive (inside USA). If an item is in stock we can ship your items within 2 days, and we ship USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days. If an item is out of stock we post it on our web site and the item will ship after the date posted. We ship ONLY Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and Saturday)
IF for any reason: Your package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping
information, you will be invoiced for re-shipping to your location.
Scoops-scoops.com assumes no liability if carrier delivers your package to your shipping address and you do not receive the package for any reason.
Credit Cards: We do not at any time use, sell, or give out any customer information. We do not keep or store credit card information. All credit cards are processed via PayPal. All credit card transactions will reflect on your statement as SCOOPS
Sales Tax: Scoops-Scoops.com is required by The Federal Government to collect a sales tax for all items shipped to addresses within the state of Tennessee.
Returns: We will accept returned product that has not been used or opened from their original packaging, nor after the event date. If you choose to return the product, we will refund your credit card the cost of order minus shipping and handling after inspection of items. Restocking fees could also apply. Returns should be sent back to us in a traceable method.
Recycle: We reuse shipping boxes to help save Mother Earth. When your package arrives and it looks like it has been used before, it just might have. We only purchase and use recycled packing materials.
Scoop Care: For any type of scoop, please, do not at any time soak your scoop in water! Do not put in dishwasher, wash by hand before and after use.
Wood Scoops: Wood scoops are handmade. They will last for years to come if cared for correctly. 1. Utensil should sit in water only long enough to clean. 2. Wood spoon, scoop or utensil should not be washed in a dishwasher. 3. Rub on mineral oil regulary.
If an item is "out of stock" and you do not want your credit card charged until the shipping date, by placing your order on the available date your credit card will be charged at that time.
